$310 billion in new funding for the Small Business Administration’s Paycheck Protection Program loans should be available soon, assuming the House, as expected, passes a new relief measure on Thursday after it passed the Senate Tuesday night. AGC of America has been pushing for the new funding SEE HERE because construction firms are struggling to maintain existing payrolls amid declining demand for construction services. As a reminder, AGC of America successfully pushed for clarification of the eligibility requirements that allow construction firms that employ 500 or fewer people to qualify. We will let you know once the loans again become available.
