We have reserved 50 rooms for this convention so make your reservation early.  

For those who wish to extend, there will be a limited number of rooms (25) available for the weekend. As usual, we will have our negotiated room rates applicable for three days pre-and post-convention (based upon space availability). Our negotiated room rates are several hundred dollars a night less than the normal “high season” rate.

Before January 15, 2023 100% Refund
After January 15, 2023 to January 30, 2023 50% Refund
After January 30, 2023 - NO REFUND
