AGC of Akron serves general contractors and construction managers in the Akron/Canton region. The latest addition to the Association is a not-for-profit subsidiary called, “Operation Open Doors”. Operation Open Doors has been set up to offer handicap accessible remodeling for permanently disabled veterans, fire fighters, and police officers in our area. Through the generosity of their membership, AGC of Akron helps those who protect our freedom and families.

The Builders Association represents approximately 150 employers in all types of construction and allied fields. Its members are the major employers of approximately 7,000 building tradesmen in Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana Counties in Ohio and in Lawrence and Mercer Counties in Pennsylvania. Created in 1970, the association negotiates 17 building trade agreements, and offers numerous other services to its members. The Builders Association houses the Youngstown Division, AGC.

Allied Construction Industries (ACI) is a not-for-profit trade association serving the Cincinnati region’s commercial construction industry. The AGC of Northwest Ohio and the Construction Contractors Council is a full service trade association for commercial and industrial contractors. The Central Ohio AGC has served the commercial construction industry throughout 14 Central Ohio counties since 1937. Its membership is comprised of both union and open shop general contractors, subcontractors, and service providers.
