Safety Rules & Laws
AGC engages with the government agencies like the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) and the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC) on a wide variety of issues affecting the safety and health of construction workers. AGC also works with Ohio’s elected officials to influence their decisions on legislation impacting safety and health laws and contractors’ workers’ compensation coverage.
